Q: This site is too big for my monitor, I have to scroll sideways, why??
A: Our site is best viewed at a screen resolution of at least 800 x 600.
It is very simple to confirm or change your settings:
1. Right-click on your desktop and select "Properties"
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Change your resolution to 800 x 600 or higher.
You can change back at any time without damaging anything on your PC.

Q: How big are the pictures in the members area?
A: The pictures in the members area are huge, we offer 2 different sizes, one is 800x600 pixels which will fill a 15" monitor and the second one is 1200x800 pixels which will fill a 19" monitor.

Q: How do I download your MPEG-1 videos?
A: If you are using a PC, right click on the mouse and then choose “Save File As” and save the file to your hard drive. If you are using a Mac, click on the mouse while holding down the control button and choose “Download Link to Disk.”
With both PC and Mac, choose the destination on your hard-drive and then click “Save.” Finally, open your movie viewer, then open the file thru the movie viewer and enjoy!


Q: Do you have full length videos for sale?
A: yes, our DVD shop is now open!

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card? Is it easy to stop the billing?
A: Yes, it is safe to use your credit card through the CCBill encrypted fraud free system. We use CCBill because its really 100% safe. And yes, it is easy to stop the billing, you can do it yourself or just e-mail us and we will stop it for you!

Q: Will the billing be discreet?
A: Yes, it will NOT read 123rubberboots on your credit card statement, it will read CCBill.

Q: I don´t have a credit card, can I join by some other method?
A: Yes, we accept wire/bank transfers, cash in envelope, please contact us by e-mail for more details.

Q: I joined but I can´t login, help!!!
A: Your username and password are case sensitive, if its " PaSSwOrd/ " then you must type in exactly that and not just " password "
